What you need to know before renting
📆 6 Month Minimum Term
All rental agreements require a minimum commitment of 6 months. After the initial 6 months, your agreement will convert to a month-to-month arrangement.
💳 Payment Method
All payments must be made via debit or credit card. We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
💲First Payment
Your first payment is due on the day of installation. Our technician will confirm successful installation before processing your initial payment.

What areas of do you service?
We typically service the SoCal area of Orange County and Riverside County as well as the greater Milwaukee WI area.
What’s included in the maintenance coverage?
Our maintenance coverage includes repairs for normal wear and tear, replacement of parts, and labor costs. If your appliance cannot be repaired, we’ll replace it free of charge. We do not cover damage due to misuse or abuse.
How long are the rental agreements?
Our Standard Package requires a 6-month minimum contract. After the minimum period, all plans convert to month-to-month agreements with no penalties for returning. Apartment complexes and retirement complexes are typically 2 year contracts but are negotiable.
Can I upgrade my appliances during my rental period?
Yes, you can upgrade to a different package at any time. We’ll simply swap out your current appliances for the upgraded models and adjust your monthly payment accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are automatically processed monthly.
